This Privacy Policy describes how Fuego Racing LLC (“Fuego,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit racefuego.com (the “Site”) or submit a stallion application through the Site.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you submit a form on the Site, we collect the information requested, which may include:
- Stallion information, including registered name, registration number, pedigree, and standing location
- Breeding and fee information, including advertised stud fee or expected fee range
- Contact and business information for the ranch, owner, and nominator, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
- Your typed signature and the date of signing
If you contact us directly by email or phone, we collect the information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider maintains standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information for security and site operation. We do not use analytics or advertising tracking on the Site.
Spam protection. The application form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyzes limited technical information about your browser and device to distinguish people from automated bots. Cloudflare’s handling of this information is described in Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Review and process stallion applications
- Contact applicants about the status of their application and, if approved, the enrollment process
- Administer the Fuego program, including nominations, eligibility, qualifying, and payouts
- Send email updates about the Fuego program, including news, deadlines, and announcements
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce program terms
Marketing emails. If you submit an application or otherwise share your email address with us, we may send you emails about the Fuego program. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at office@racefuego.com. Opting out of marketing does not affect emails we need to send about your application or enrollment.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers. We use third-party providers to operate the Site and the program, including web hosting, form processing, email delivery, and spam protection. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Program administration. Information from applications and nominations may be shared with race officials, regulatory bodies, and event partners as needed to administer the program, verify eligibility, and conduct races.
- Public program information. If your stallion is enrolled, the stallion’s name and related program details may be published on the Site and in program materials, including flight, standing location, and ranch contact information (such as ranch name, phone number, and email) so mare owners can make breeding inquiries. If you would prefer that certain contact details not be published, contact us at office@racefuego.com.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fuego, our applicants, or others.
- Business transfers. If the program or its operating entity is involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Cookies
The Site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function, including security cookies set by Cloudflare Turnstile. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though blocking necessary cookies may prevent the application form from working.
Data Retention
We retain application and program records for as long as needed to administer the program, maintain accurate breeding and eligibility records, and meet legal and business requirements. Because nomination and eligibility records may remain relevant for the life of a nominated foal, program records may be retained long-term.
Visitors Outside the United States
The Site is operated from the United States, and information you submit is processed and stored in the United States. Data protection laws in the United States may differ from those in your country. By using the Site or submitting an application, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at office@racefuego.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Your Choices and Rights
Regardless of where you live, you may:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are required or permitted to keep
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time

Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including secure hosting and spam protection on our forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
